In recent years, DRAW Architecten has built up a wide variety of projects and expertise in the Kennemerland region. Characteristic of DRAW's architecture is the dialogue between the old, new and existing context. We apply clear concepts and pay attention to experience.
DRAW likes to opt for surprising and sustainable use of materials and has a strong recognizable design. If desired, we also work out the interior and exterior in detail. Ward Margry graduated in 2009 with a 9 at Delft University of Technology with a new master plan for the Middenboulevard in Zandvoort. Immediately after graduating, Ward started DRAW Architecten in Haarlem. The passion for architecture was instilled in him at an early age. Ward is the fifth generation of architects in the Margry family of architects.
The Spaarnekerk and the Adelbertuskerk in Haarlem and the Grote Bavokerk in Heemstede, among others, were designed by his ancestors.
