Mawipex is a supplier of sustainable roof waterproofing systems for flat roofs and provides expert advice in the choice of the right roof structure to clients, architects, contractors and roofers. We specialize in the advice and sale of synthetic rubber, including Firestone RubberGard EPDM and Firestone RubberCover EPDM .

Personal contact with the customer is and remains our priority. That is why we like it when our customers know our employees behind the scenes. Everyone plays an important role, including those who are not always visible! After all, our people are our greatest asset.

Part of the family-owned Tectum Group

Mawipex has been part of the fast-growing family business Tectum Group since 2012. Tectum Group consists on the one hand of an executive branch that installs roofs, facades, balustrades and fall protection. On the other hand, the group distributes roof and facade materials to professionals.

With more than 400 employees and an annual turnover of more than 130 million euros, Tectum Group is the largest roofer in Belgium. The roof and facade expert is active in Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland. Tectum Group's head office is located in Genk (Belgium). Mawipex still operates as an independent unit, but enjoys the professional support of the group.
