O5b architects focuses on designing exclusive homes. We specialize in new-build houses under architecture, especially in private housing. We also have experience in the construction and renovation of homes. Our working area includes the Gooi (Blaricum and Laren) as well as Gelderland, the Arnhem / Nijmegen area. Over the years we have realized a large number of projects, ranging from exclusive thatched roof houses up to renovations, modern villas, passive house and energy neutral houses.

Guido Nobbenhuis graduated in 1997 as an architect at the Delft University of Technology. After working for 7 years at MAS Architecture in Hengelo, he started his own office, O5B Architecten, in Arnhem in 2003.
O5b architects Arnhem mainly designs for private individuals, where the architecture is characterized by a combination of contemporary and regional style elements. We use all our creativity to work with you to find optimal solutions for your wishes so that we can arrive at an appealing and surprising design.
Our clients mainly consist of private individuals. In addition, there is also experience in health institutions, daycare centers and collaborations with developers. Our activities include the entire construction process, from making a sketch design up to and including construction supervision and final delivery.
