Working integrally in BIM offers us the opportunity to gain important insights in an early design stage of a project, together with the client, but also with other professional disciplines such as constructions and installations. NXT distinguishes itself from other architectural and architectural firms in the production of BIM models and Long-Term Maintenance Forecasts (MOP).

BIM stands for Building Information Model, or Building Information Model.

This means developing, designing, building and operating in such a way that the parties involved use one building information model (BIM).
The information is recorded from the building object and the building process. The information can then be used as a single source.
Since 2003 we have gained experience with Revit, which is the leading modeling program (BIM program).

NXT architecture and engineering offers all services throughout Europe and specializes in the Netherlands and Germany. The clients are project developers, investors, (interior) architects, contractors, the municipality and central government, housing associations, companies and private individuals.
