This system of prefabricated length material and internal and external corners saves on lead and labor time and, above all, prevents leaks. Every carpenter or bricklayer can apply this material himself with the help of good instructions.

Formwork with Vilton systems saves time and guarantees an optimal result. Vilton has a complete range of landfill facilities that meet the requirements of the Eurocode. In combination with our specialism in anchoring and sealing, we offer total solutions that are significantly better and faster than traditional formwork systems. We want to offer our customers the opportunity to literally and figuratively build in security. An example of successful innovation is the round screw thread in lifting and transport anchor systems. Dilation
A good expansion joint is an essential part of the building process. It is essential for shrinkage and crack-free construction that creep and shrinkage movements in the concrete structure are absorbed. However, choosing the right expansion joint is often a neglected child.
The wide range of expansion joints from Vilton
The choice of an expansion joint depends on a number of factors:

1. Deformation: due to creep or shrinkage, temperature changes, climate influences or load changes
2. Water pressure: in some situations, an expansion joint must be able to withstand water pressure

Vilton has a wide range of profiles. Vilton's floor, wall, roof and tile floor profiles have been proving their worth in residential and non-residential construction for years. Vilton offers profiles made of synthetic rubber for situations where great stretch in the expansion joint must be possible. PVC/NBR profiles are offered for expansion joints that must be lye and acid resistant. And where surface sealing in combination with PE foils plays a role, Vilton offers profiles made of polyethylene, for example.

A flexible support allows movement and rotation in the building structure without compromising stability. Supports are made of construction felt, elastomers (reinforced and unreinforced) or plastic. Where one is suitable for levelling, the other can only be used as heavy construction support material. In order to arrive at the right advice, our engineers thoroughly examine and calculate the application. What matters in the end is a safe construction.
