ALUCOBOND® PLUS
ALUCOBOND® PLUS is a composite panel consisting of two aluminum cover plates and a mineral-filled polymer core. The outstanding properties of this material stimulate one's inspiration and provide architecture with a whole new set of solutions - whether your project is a private residence, a public building, a corporate headquarters and offices, or a commercial or industrial complex - or if your organization does so. Want to Create a new Corporate Design that builds an image - be it gas stations, car showrooms, banks or supermarkets. ALUCOBOND® A2
ALUCOBOND® A2 is our non-combustible aluminum composite panel used in architecture and conforms to respective standards worldwide. Thanks to the mineral-filled core, ALUCOBOND® A2 meets the strict requirements of the fire regulations and increases the possibilities for the concept and design of buildings. ALUCOBOND® A2, like all products in the ALUCOBOND® family, allows easy processing, is impact-resistant, break-resistant and weather-resistant and, above all, non-combustible.
ALUCORE®
Unlike conventional honeycomb composite panels, ALUCORE® system components are glued in a continuous process. The material does not become brittle-hard but shows tough and resilient properties and excellent peel strength - the basis for high product quality. Planners, architects and designers appreciate ALUCORE® because it combines high mechanical properties, such as the tensile strength of the cover plates, with excellent workmanship and aesthetic properties.

FIRE SAFETY
Fire protection regulations for the building envelope can vary greatly from country to country. However, they all share the goal of protecting the people who live in the buildings. Special emphasis is therefore placed on the system concept of the facade. In addition to the safety of the individual building materials, the building as a whole must also be taken into account: wall construction, insulation, substructure, facade material, dimensions, layout, connection technology, etc. - all components and parameters influence the behavior of a building every time a fire occurs breaks out.
Based on our aluminum composite panels, we offer numerous solutions for the renovation and construction of buildings, and thus to enable safe construction options in accordance with the latest regulations. Our facade material ALUCOBOND® has been tested according to EN 13501.1 "Reaction to fire".
This test considers the performance and safety of the product as if it were installed as a system. For a fire-resistant, rear-ventilated facade, we therefore recommend ALUCOBOND® PLUS (EN classes B-s1, d0) or ALUCOBOND® A2 (EN classes A2-s1, d0) in combination with non-combustible mineral insulation.
