YBS Insulation
YBS Insulation started the production of multi-layer reflective insulation foils in England in 1994. This was due to the demand for thin, effective insulation materials within the UK construction industry. In the first 10 years, YBS very successfully introduced various insulation products including SuperQuilt, BreatherFoil and Foiltec. These products have proven over the past 34 years that insulation based on reflection of radiant heat is very effective.
In 20 years, the company has grown to become the market leader in the United Kingdom. This led to expansion into the European continent, including the Benelux. YBS Insulation is now the only supplier of reflective multi-layer films to have the KIWA-BDA Agrément and ISSO. More and more architects and contractors are opting for films from YBS because the Building Decree has imposed increasingly strict requirements on the insulation of buildings since 2015. Hybrid insulation in particular is booming. For example, an Rc of 6 can be realized with a roof of 20 cm thick! YBS Insulation offers construction new insulation options.

FLOOR INSULATION
WALL INSULATION
Good floor insulation is lacking in many Dutch homes. SuperQuilt is ideally suited for this and is the only one that has a KIWA-BDA Agrément and ISSO. By reflecting the radiant heat you immediately notice the comfort of SuperQuilt floor insulation blankets, which is also reflected in your energy bill.
Our multi-layer reflective foils can be used perfectly in the cavity or in a retention wall during renovation. Hybrid applications in, for example, timber frame construction are possible in new construction, which means that an Rc of 4.5 m2K / W with a wall thickness of only 25 cm is possible.
ROOF INSULATION
About 25% of the heat leaves the house through the roof. But in the summer, the roof has to block the heat of the sun. Our damp-proof roofing films provide the most optimal results in summer and winter through reflection. The foils can be used in renovation and new construction.

YBS BreatherFoil is a 4 mm thick insulating and ventilating roofing membrane. Ideal for situations where there is no space on the roof to insulate. BreatherFoil is applied directly to the roof boarding, it is KIWA-BDA certified and can be used in combination with previously applied insulation

SuperQuilt from YBS Insulation is the new insulation standard. The multi-layer insulation blanket is distinguished by its excellent performance and ease of use. It is therefore well applicable as post-insulation

BreatherQuilt
YBS's BreatherQuilt is the only breathable roofing membrane and multi-layer insulation blanket on the market with the KIWA-BDA Agrément. The foil is air and waterproof, breathable and reflects radiant heat. This results in excellent thermal performance.

FoilTec
YBS FoilFloor is a 4 mm thick insulating underlay film with a coated aluminum top layer. Excellent for under floor heating, laminate or parquet. Insulation and vapor barrier in one product.
FoilTec is a vapor and airtight basket-carrying aluminum foil, specially developed to increase the thermal performance of roofs, walls and floors. The foil is suitable as an insulating vapor barrier or vapor-tight layer. The KIWA-BDA has certified both the thermal properties and the vapor tightness.
Airtec DoubleBubble
YBS Airtec DoubleBubble Insulation is a multi-layer aluminum bubble wrap for insulating walls, floors and roofs, among other things. It is vapor-tight and can be applied very well as an insulating vapor barrier, hybrid. In addition, the product is also widely used in the horticulture and packaging industry.
